no big d debut studio 5 song EP released August 27th, 2021
They have a grungy, punk feel to their music, so I decided to use a combination of analog and digital gear for this. As far as mics go, I used an AKG 414, C1000's, Beta 52, Rode NT5's, 421's, SM57's, and an Aston Spirit Condenser. Some of the mics went through an old Tangent or Yamaha mixer (for the "warmer" pre-amps), and the rest went through a Presonus Audiobox 1818 and Edirol UA-1000.
